Role-Based Access Control

Corporate staff see everything. Location managers see their location. Franchisees see their own data only. Access is enforced at the API level, not by honor system.

Inter-Location Transfer Workflow

When inventory is imbalanced, the system suggests transfers and routes approval through a lightweight workflow. Transfer records sync back to Square inventory at both locations automatically.
