Unique credentials
Choose how guests hear from you: email always, plus WhatsApp, SMS, or neither. Cashiers can correct a guest's contact details and resend the QR. A warning appears before you switch consumption alerts off.

Issue cards with a preset free value for VIPs, staff, and guests. The discount can never exceed the card amount, so a courtesy card is never worth more than the card itself.

Every Cashless deployment runs better on a dedicated network. We bring the hardware — Starlink satellite internet, Ubiquiti UniFi outdoor Wi-Fi, and local CCTV — and manage it from setup through teardown. No venue Wi-Fi dependency. No shared connection. POS traffic always has priority.

The POS/Cashless VLAN gets QoS priority enforced at the hardware level. Payment traffic never competes with cameras or staff comms.
UniFi field hardware lasts 5 to 7 years. We maintain, replace and upgrade it, so you pay per event, not per kit.
We aim to resolve any POS network outage within 5 minutes during the event, with a spare access point and switch on site for an instant swap.
